The production giant, Viacom 18, has commenced production after quite a break. According to reports, the company has started working on Hrithik Roshan’s film ‘Fighter’. The digital arm of Viacom 18, Tipping Point, is set to release ‘Ray’ on Netflix soon. Furthermore, the shooting of web series Asur’s second season has also started. The makers of Asur have also embraced the suggestion of creating a spin-off series with the character of Sharib Hashmi.
The first season of the web series ‘Asur’ was released in India last year just before the COVID-19 pandemic gained momentum. Notable actors like Arshad Warsi, Barun Sobti, Anupriya Goenka, Riddhi Dogra, Sharib Hashmi, Amey Wagh, Pawan Chopra, Gaurav Arora, Deepak Kajir, Vishesh Bansal, Devyansh Tapuria stunned people with their tremendous performance. The web series had an interesting story based on a mixture of mythology and modern life.
