In the previous episode, Nidhi called Miraj and instructed him to make mushroom soup for Dadi, thinking that Dadi is allergic to mushrooms. Miraj prepares the soup, and Girish gives it to Dadi as instructed by Aarohi. Unfortunately, Dadi falls ill after consuming the soup. Karan asks Rajveer about the hospital where his aunt is admitted, expressing his desire to see her. Mohit takes Rajveer away from there.

Preeta screams for help, and both Karan and Rajveer hear her. Karan rushes to Preeta’s room and confirms her presence. Preeta asks him to open the window from the outside. Karan informs everyone about Preeta’s situation. Nidhi sends a constable to assist Preeta and tells Shaurya and Sandy to leave, which they do. Karan opens the window, and Rajveer opens the door. However, Mohit takes Preeta away before Karan sees her. Preeta becomes upset upon learning that Karan performed the rituals for Rajveer’s engagement.
