Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Grosses About 68 Crores In Its Opening Weekend

Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan earned Rs 15.81 crore on its opening day, despite receiving primarily poor reviews. On the second day, the movie saw a rise in attendance and brought in Rs 25.75 crore, bringing the overall number to Rs 41.56 crore. On Saturday, the family film achieved a 27.05% overall Hindi occupancy. It is obvious that the film’s second day of sales was impacted favourably by the Eid release.

The movie performed well on Day 3 as well by making ₹26.61 crores on Sunday. Despite receiving mixed to terrible reviews, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan grossed over 68 crores in its first weekend, thanks to its star actor.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also had the second-lowest first-day opening out of all of Salman’s Eid movies. The opening day collections for Dabangg (2010) were the lowest (Rs 14.10 crore), whereas Bharat had the largest opening collections (Rs 42.30 crore). We now know, of course, that Dabangg ultimately became a smash movie while Bharat underperformed. So, ahead of the important Monday screening, it’s tough to predict Salman’s film’s fate.

Given the audience’s rejection of the remakes in general, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, advertised as a mass-market family movie, has fared well at the box office. Both the remakes of Shehzada starring Kartik Aaryan and Selfiee with Akshay Kumar were commercial failures. Salman’s film is supposed to be a remake of Veeram, which starred Ajith and was a box-office triumph at the time.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan movie casts Salman Khan as the bhai and jaan, with Pooja Hegde as his romantic interest. Venkatesh Daggubati plays a prominent part, and the cast also features Jagapathi Babu, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Vijender Singh, and Bhumika Chawla. Ram Charan makes a cameo entrance in the song Yentamma.
