Akshay Kumar, the Khiladi of Bollywood, has left fans buzzing with excitement as he unveiled the title of his upcoming film, “Sarfira.” Taking to Instagram, Akshay shared a glimpse of the film, encouraging everyone to dream big, even if it means being called crazy. Reportedly, ‘Sarfira’ is a remake of Suriya’s critically acclaimed film ‘Soorarai Pottru,’ adding to the anticipation surrounding this cinematic venture helmed by director Sudha Kongara. Scheduled for release on July 12, 2024, the film boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and Seema Biswas in pivotal roles. Sudha Kongara and Shalini Ushadevi are credited with the screenplay, while Pooja Tolani has lent her talent to the dialogues.

Musically enriched by GV Prakash Kumar, ‘Sarfira’ is produced by a powerhouse collaboration comprising Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment, south superstars Suriya and Jyotika of 2D Entertainment, and Aruna Bhatia of Cape of Good Films.
