Parineetii 14th December 2023 Written Update: Neeti’s plan backfired

The episode begins with an unfortunate incident where Sanju accidentally knocks over the bowl of Haldi that Bebe was holding. Everyone is taken aback by this mishap. Neeti becomes frustrated, but Bebe quickly picks up the fallen Haldi and declares that she will apply it to Parineet. As the eldest member of the family, Bebe believes that Parineet will look beautiful once she has the Haldi on. However, Sanju intervenes and questions Bebe’s decision. He asks her why she wants to apply the fallen Haldi on Parineet. Bebe explains that there is no more Haldi left for Parineet, but Sanju takes his own Haldi and applies it on Parineet’s cheeks. Neeti becomes irritated by this, and Gurinder scolds Sanju for not following the tradition of elders applying Haldi first. Parminder defends Sanju, stating that changing the bowl doesn’t affect the quality of the Haldi, and it’s perfectly fine for him to apply it. Bebe feels helpless in the situation, and Neeti becomes upset. Gurinder then proceeds to apply Haldi to both Sanju and Parineet, followed by other family members. Neeti feels broken witnessing all of this.

Meanwhile, Chandrika receives a call from the priest who informs her that they need to leave for the temple. However, Bebe disconnects the call and throws down the flowers that were tied at the entrance, considering it a bad omen. Parminder shares her concern that they should not go to the temple as she fears something bad might happen during their Grahpravesh. Parineet, on the other hand, reassures everyone that nothing will go wrong.

Sanju expresses his desire to witness all the wedding rituals, and Parminder agrees with him. She instructs Sanju to take Parineet with him in his car. Bebe realizes that things have changed and Neeti has not been invited. She is determined to bring Neeti back to the house at any cost, as she believes that having Neeti’s support will guarantee her victory. Meanwhile, Montu becomes jealous when he notices Babli talking to Jai about his girlfriend.

Bebe confronts Gurinder and accuses her of trying to sabotage the wedding. Gurinder denies any involvement and clarifies that she was simply preparing Haldi for Parineet. Bebe suspects that revealing the truth to Gurinder might turn her against them, as Bebe can sense Gurinder’s dislike for Parineet.

Sukhwinder tries to stop Neeti from leaving and throws the car keys. Neeti frantically searches for the keys while Sukhwinder urges her to accept the truth and forget about Sanju. However, Neeti insists that she needs Sanju and refuses to accept the reality. Sukhwinder advises her not to create a scene and reminds her that Sanju has left her. Despite this, Neeti remains determined to win back Sanju’s love and leaves.

Meanwhile, Sanju notices that Parineet appears lost in her thoughts and asks her what’s wrong. Parineet asks Sanju why he seems so nervous and questions if he wants to back out of the wedding. Sanju expresses his fear and reveals that he believes Neeti still loves him and has feelings for him. Parineet remains silent, and Sanju takes her silence as confirmation. He helps her into the car and demonstrates his care for her by helping her remove the hair stick from her Haldi.

The episode concludes with Neeti taking Parineet’s place.
