Dabangii 20th December 2023 Written Update: Ankush revelation breaks Arya’s heart

The episode begins with Arya’s thoughts on Ankush. She realizes that Ankush is not like what her mother had described him to be. Ankush, on the other hand, looks at the moon and complains to Chaya that he is not what she had expected either. Arya expresses her unwillingness to accept Ankush as her father to Chaya.

Ankush confides in Ajubaba, expressing regret for not listening to him and not helping Chaya. He believes that if he had helped her, Arya’s mother would still be alive. Arya overhears their conversation and learns that Chaya had sought Ankush’s help, but he did not assist her. Ankush and Ajubaba notice Arya.

Arya blames Ankush for Chaya’s death and makes negative comments about him. She questions Ajubaba about why he did not send Ankush to help them and criticizes him as well. Arya declares that she will not live with Ankush. In response, Ankush insists that regardless of who he is, he is her father and she should listen to him. However, Arya refuses to obey him and threatens to leave the house. Ajubaba urges Ankush to stop Arya, but Ankush reassures him that there are two constables outside, preventing Arya from leaving the colony.

Later, Arya falls asleep under a tree, reminiscing about her mother. Ankush places a blanket over her and watches her sleep.

The next day, Ajubaba advises Ankush to tell Bela the truth, as Arya needs a mother. He believes that Bela, being a mature woman, will understand. However, Ankush doubts that Bela will listen to him after what happened.

Satya asks Jaanrao if Arya brought the file. Kasturi makes a comment about Satya, suggesting that he is overly hopeful about a little girl. Bela intervenes and requests Satya not to involve children in their fight.

Kasturi confronts Bela, questioning her lack of shame for lecturing Satya, who had helped her. Avdabai defends Bela, reminding Kasturi that Bela is a legitimate daughter-in-law. Satya receives a call and leaves to answer it.

Meanwhile, Arya wakes up feeling hungry and encounters Eklavya. She notices that he is sad because no one ate his sandwich. Arya offers to eat the sandwich and commends Eklavya’s cooking skills. They engage in a conversation about their respective fathers, with Arya speaking negatively about Ankush.

Precap: Arya and Eklavya are shown spending time together. Ajubaba instructs Ankush to bring Arya inside. Ankush believes that Arya will come to the house on her own when she realizes it is the safest place for her. Arya gets scared by thunder.
