Parineetii 13th December 2023 Written Update: Neeti feels frustrated

The latest episode begins with Monty’s return home, only to be surprised by the ongoing haldi ceremony of Parineet and Sanju. Confused, he asks Jai what is happening. Sanju assures him that he will explain everything. Meanwhile, Gurinder feels hurt as she gave birth to Amith and Sanju, yet they consider Parminder as their mother. Bebe, on the other hand, is shocked to see her cheeks turn reddish due to a chemical reaction. She immediately video calls Neeti and narrates the incident, explaining that she had applied turmeric on her face to prove a point. Neeti warns Bebe that Parminder will eventually find out about her allergic reaction. Bebe assures her that she had a backup plan by applying oil on her face, which would clear her skin within minutes. Neeti then suggests that Bebe should return to the haldi ceremony and apply the turmeric on Parineet’s face to ruin it. Bebe agrees to fulfill Neeti’s wish.

Sanju confesses to Monty that what he witnessed is the truth. He is going to marry Parineet. Monty is taken aback as Sanju had never mentioned that he divorced Neeti. Monty reminds Sanju of his deep love for Neeti, how he searched for her all over Barnala without even knowing her name. Sanju admits that he loved Neeti unconditionally, but she betrayed him and broke his trust. He no longer has any feelings for her. Chandrika overhears their conversation and calls Sanju out.

Meanwhile, Bebe shows everyone to Neeti through a video call. Neeti notices that Jai, who claims to be her friend, is present at the haldi ceremony. Sukhwinder points out that this means he is not actually her friend. Bebe adjusts the phone to get a clear view of Parineet. Neeti informs her mother that everyone is present except Sanju. Neeti interprets it as a sign that Sanju has realized he shouldn’t marry Parineet. Neeti expresses her frustration, claiming that she warned Parineet not to marry Sanju but she didn’t listen. Neeti feels betrayed by her so-called friend. Sukhwinder reminds her that Sanju has indeed arrived, and Monty is also present as he is Sanju’s brother.

Monty will naturally support his brother, not Neeti, which deeply saddens her. Parminder apologizes to the guests for being late and announces the start of the haldi ritual. Gurinder glares at them, but Parminder asserts that she is Parineet’s mother and will begin the ritual first. Neeti eagerly awaits the moment when Parminder will apply haldi on Parineet’s face. However, Parineet starts coughing, prompting Sanju to offer her water and take her away from the ceremony. Parineet explains to Sanju that she has been coughing frequently and asks him for some medicine. After drinking the syrup, she feels relieved. Babli urges them to resume the ritual, while Neeti, in anger, throws her phone down. Sukhwinder tells her to accept the truth that Sanju is no longer hers and has moved on. Neeti refuses to believe it and vents her anger at Sukhwinder.

Sukhwinder tries to comfort Neeti and asks her to open her eyes and see the reality. Meanwhile, Babli brings Sanju and Parineet back to the ceremony. Parminder asks Parineet if she is alright, to which she nods. Bebe urges them to continue the ritual quickly as they need to go to the temple afterward. Both Parineet and Sanju sit down, and Sukhwinder asks Neeti to pay attention. The haldi ritual resumes, with Parminder requesting Gurinder to apply haldi on them. Gurinder is about to do so when Sanju realizes he left his phone behind. As he stands up to retrieve it, he slips and accidentally falls on Parminder, causing the turmeric-laden haldi to spill. Everyone is left shocked by this unexpected turn of events.
