Suhaagan 21st December 2023 Written Update: Krishna lashes out at Payal

The episode begins with Dadi attacking Payal. Dadi declares that she won’t spare her today. Bindiya tries to calm Dadi down and explains to Krishna that Dadi may have seen him with Payal in her room, which is why she is behaving this way. Indu tells Baldev that Dadi sees Payal as Kaveri and Krishna as her husband. Payal pleads Krishna to save her as Dadi tries to attack her again. Baldev intervenes and injects Dadi with a sedative. Krishna consoles Payal and wonders why Dadi suddenly changed her behavior. Bindiya reveals that Dadi was under the effects of sleeping pills and only regained consciousness in the morning. Krishna asks who gave her the pills, and Bindiya confesses that she administered them, mixing them in water. She had changed the water jug the previous day, resulting in Dadi’s change in behavior.

Payal confronts Bindiya, blaming her for changing the water jug and causing Dadi’s attack. Krishna stops Payal and inquires if she gave the medicine to Dadi. Payal explains that she gave it to calm her down and had read about it online. Baldev criticizes Payal for administering medication without consulting a doctor. Bindiya warns that the medicine is dangerous.

Krishna questions why Bindiya kept the truth from him if she knew. Bindiya argues that he wouldn’t have believed her anyway and that Payal was caught red-handed. Krishna expresses his disappointment that she hid such an important matter from him. Baldev emphasizes that Payal took on the responsibility of caring for Dadi and administered the medicine without informing them.

Krishna decides to uncover the truth and calls the doctor to inquire about the medicine. The doctor reveals that it is an emergency medication not meant for regular use, and an incorrect dosage could be life-threatening. Everyone is shocked by this revelation. Krishna confronts Payal for playing with Dadi’s life and neglecting her age and relationship. Payal tries to explain herself, but Krishna accuses her of trying to prevent Bindiya from taking care of Dadi. Baldev asks Krishna who will now take care of Dadi, as Payal has proven to be unfair. Krishna assures that Bindiya will take care of Dadi and they proceed to take Dadi to her room.

Inside the room, Bindiya asks Krishna to never leave Dadi’s side. Meanwhile, Payal sarcastically claps and warns them to stay away from her. Bindiya urges Krishna not to pay attention to Payal and questions if he has a heart of stone. Indu informs Baldev that Dadi imagines Krishna as her husband, Payal as Kaveri, and Bindiya as Durga. Indu blames Payal for their deaths and suggests sending Dadi to the hospital. Baldev confronts Indu and reminds her of the reality. Payal tries to hug Indu, but she pushes her away, asking her to maintain distance. Payal accuses Bindiya of killing her baby and demands that she leave the house. Krishna tries to reason with Payal, but Baldev asserts that they haven’t forgotten anything. He believes Payal is unfit to take on any responsibility and that only Bindiya is capable. Krishna clarifies that Bindiya is staying in the house for Dadi’s sake and has no rights in the house. Indu decides that Payal must leave the house for a few days, shocking Payal and bringing joy to Sakshi. Bindiya agrees with the decision, stating that Dadi only becomes violent when she sees Payal. Baldev supports Bindiya, leaving Payal stunned.
