Doree 19th December 2023 Written Update: Kailash Devi forgives Doree

The latest episode of Doree begins with Vansh informing Kailash Devi that Doree sat on her chair, causing Baby to cry. Doree is surprised to see the spilled milk on the chair, and Vansh blames her for dirtying it. Neelu notices Anand’s silence and alerts him. Anand confronts Doree, asking her how she dared to sit on the chair before even Thakurian did. He decides to punish both Doree and Ganga Prasad for this. However, Doree pleads with him not to punish her father and instead punish her for her mistake. She explains that she didn’t know it was Kailash Devi’s chair and was feeding milk to the crying baby. Anand questions why she would cross the line for it, to which Doree replies that she saved the baby from falling. Komal accuses her of lying, but Doree insists she is telling the truth. Nani asks why she crossed the line, and Anand threatens to harm her father further. Doree falls at Kailash Devi’s feet, begging her not to punish her father. Vansh supports the punishment, while Anand criticizes Doree for considering herself a Thakurian.

Doree continues to plead with Kailash Devi to punish her for her mistake, but Kailash Devi refuses, saying she doesn’t like to see a girl begging. She forgives Doree, acknowledging her as a child who made a mistake. Kailash Devi then leaves, wiping her hands. Ganga Prasad informs the people of the basti to collect their Diwali money and celebrate the festival joyfully. An old man gives Ganga Prasad Kailash Devi’s saree, requesting him to deliver it carefully as it has been polished and prepared in gold. Vansh asks Kailash Devi why she forgave Doree, and she explains that she has her reasons. However, she warns that she won’t forgive any future mistakes and will punish both Doree and Ganga Prasad. Meanwhile, Ganga Prasad gives the saree to Raj, and Nani scolds Doree for breaking the rules, reminding her not to repeat her mistake.

Later, Ganga Prasad surprises Doree with a gift from the basti people, a dress he stitched for her. She expresses her gratitude and asks if he bought new clothes for himself. Ganga Prasad reveals that Govind gave him a kurta. Doree suggests adding colors to it and leaves her palm print on the kurta, receiving praise from Ganga Prasad. Sudha offers them sweets, which Doree enjoys. Meanwhile, Komal complains to her mother about her inability to handle things and notices the saree in Raj’s hand. She asks if it’s her gift, but Raj clarifies that it belongs to his mother. Komal insists on wearing the saree and taking a reel with it. However, the saree tears while she pulls it, and Raj warns her that his mother won’t be happy if she finds out. Komal quickly runs away.

Ganga Prasad and Doree decorate the house together when Kailash Devi asks Ganga Prasad about her saree from the basti. She scolds him for being careless when she sees the torn saree. Ganga Prasad is shocked by the revelation.
