Kundali Bhagya 28th December 2023 Written Update: Preeta defends Shaurya in front of Karan

In this episode, Shaurya opens up to Preeta about feeling lonely. Preeta assures him that she will always be there for him and he expresses that she is the best. Shaurya asks if he can rest his head on her lap, to which Preeta agrees. She consoles him and he falls asleep.

Meanwhile, Nidhi confronts Karan and questions him about what he said. Karan clarifies that he never forced anything upon her and emphasizes that Preeta holds a special place in his heart. Nidhi states that she doesn’t want to replace Preeta but desires her own place in Karan’s life. Karan firmly tells her that it won’t happen. Dadi intervenes and urges them to stop arguing.

Nidhi accuses Karan of being blinded by love and asserts that the Luthra ladies understand her expectations from Karan and the sacrifices she has made for Shaurya. She questions Karan on how he can ask her to leave the house. Karan clarifies that he never asked her to leave, but rather, she made the decision herself. He asks her what she wants him to do. Nidhi insists that he apologize to Surya and bring Shaurya back home. Karan believes that even if he apologizes, Surya won’t release Shaurya and suggests handling the case legally.

Rakhi intervenes and scolds Karan for telling Nidhi to leave the house. Karan clarifies that he said it to Nidhi, not Preeta. Dadi reminds Karan that Nidhi is Shaurya’s mother and he can’t take away her rights. Rakhi advises Karan to meet Shaurya.

Meanwhile, Mr. Sharma informs Surya that he will do the night shift. Surya leaves, and Karan meets Mr. Sharma to discuss Shaurya’s arrest. Mr. Sharma grants Karan permission to meet Shaurya, and Karan expresses his gratitude before entering. A constable informs Preeta that the meeting time is over, but she goes to get water for Shaurya. Shaurya wakes up and realizes that Preeta has gone to fetch water for him.

Karan arrives and tries to talk to Shaurya, but Shaurya refuses to engage in conversation. Karan questions if Shaurya is involved in drugs, to which Shaurya remains silent. Karan asserts that if Shaurya is involved in a drug case, he cannot be a part of the Luthra family and severs ties with him.

On the other side, the people who aided Rajveer and Palki take them to a godown, where Rajveer is beaten up by a goon.

Preeta expresses her willingness to take responsibility for Shaurya. Karan sarcastically remarks that she came back just in time. Preeta points out that Karan made a mistake by not trusting Shaurya. Karan defends himself, stating that he did trust Shaurya, but Shaurya let him down. Preeta emphasizes that Shaurya needs care, which Karan failed to provide.
