Throwback to that time when Sara called Sushant Singh Rajput ‘cheerful and consistently encouraging’

While the Film industry and the entire nation still reels from the untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, there are many from Bollywood still reminiscing over his ever-wonderful presence. The brilliant actor gave us fantastic movies like Kai Po Che and MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, and even Chhichhore, is no longer with us and that sadness and grief he left behind still stands hard to deal with. 

Sara Ali Khan who has worked with Sushant in Abhishek Kapoor’s movie Kedarnath back in 2018 – which was also her debut movie – she recalls her experience with the actor.

They seemed to have bonded well over time and that reflects perfectly with their on-screen chemistry in the movie. 

In an interview with Times of India, Sara expressed extreme sadness on knowing that her first ever co-star passed away so early on in life. We stumbled across the actresses throwback post when she was all praises for Sushant. 

All the way back in November 2018, when the Kedarnath trailer hit the screens, Sara and Sushant began promoting the movie. She shared pictures with the actor and praised him for being present through the most important days of her life.

Back then, Sara had written: “Thank you for being constantly helpful, always cheerful and consistently encouraging! Today was a major day for me, and none of it would be possible without you.”Sushant Singh was found dead in his apartment on 14 June 2020 and his final rites took place on 15th June in Mumbai post which his ashes were immersed in Ganga river on Thursday.
