The episode begins with Beant Singh informing his family that they have lost the case and everything is finished. Heer is devastated by the news. Rajwinder says that both Heer and the land need to belong to the Atwals. Heer vows to find a way to save their Haveli. Beant Singh cries and blames his own cousins for ruining everything. While drinking water, he has a heart attack and collapses. A gang of goons arrives and puts up an auction sign, as the Haveli will be auctioned the next day. Heer demands to see the notice and they show it to her.

Gurmeet and Ranjha try to fight the goons, but Heer stops Ranjha, reminding him that they need to fight back legally. Kuldeep asks Rajwinder if Heer has rejected his marriage proposal. Rajwinder says that she hasn’t given up and will make her agree. Kuldeep warns her to do so, or else he will remain unmarried. Rajwinder tells Janel that once the Haveli is auctioned, both the land and Heer will belong to them.

Heer contacts different lawyers to fight their case, but none of them respond positively. The next day, Heer tells Ranjha that they need to go to the high court and obtain a stay order to stop the auction. Some men enter their house and start taking out their belongings to be auctioned. Rajwinder instructs his man to retrieve all the valuable items close to Heer’s family from the auction. Heer reaches the court and rushes to meet the judge. Beant Singh stands heartbroken as he witnesses the auction taking place. Rajwinder also listens to the auction via a phone call. Heer obtains Beant Singh’s wristwatch.

Heer asks the judge for five minutes of his time. She reveals that she is an LLB student and explains how the laws have been violated and how unjustly their Haveli is being confiscated and auctioned. Rajwinder also gets the tractor. Heer presents the judge with a file containing all the violations, and he agrees to grant her a stay order. He even advises her to challenge the order passed by the trial court. Heer rushes back to the Haveli. Meanwhile, the bidding for the Haveli has already begun at the auction venue.

Rajwinder wins the bid for the Haveli at 10 crores. Heer arrives at the venue and informs them about the stay order, but they refuse to accept her plea as the auction has already concluded. Ranjha supports Heer emotionally. Heer feels emotionally drained when she sees her father’s wristwatch being taken away. Witnessing everything, Beant Singh collapses and has to be taken to the hospital. No cars stop to give them a lift, so they take Beant Singh to the hospital on a cart. The episode ends with the doctor informing Heer that Beant Singh requires urgent bypass surgery and asks her to arrange the money. Heer wonders where she will find such a large sum of money.
