The episode begins with Kavya sending a love symbol from under the cold storage door. Adi doesn’t notice it and leaves. Sangram accidentally steps on a band-aid near the cold storage door and starts searching for Amanpreet.
Adi discovers the love symbol and notices Sangram throwing away the band-aid. He remembers that he had applied the band-aid to Kavya. Adi asks Sangram where he came from, and Sangram replies that he came from the cold storage area. Adi realizes that Kavya might be trapped in the freezer.
Adi attempts to open the freezer but finds that it is locked. Determined, he forcefully opens the lock.
Anjali decides to inform Rajiv about the situation, but Mayank reassures her that Adi is there to handle it. Adi confesses his love for Kavya, leaving Anjali shocked.
Adi successfully opens the freezer and brings Kavya out. He tries to wake her up and tells her that he doesn’t deserve her love, urging her to leave him. However, Kavya wakes up and reassures him that she won’t leave the one she loves.
Relieved to see Kavya safe, Adi feels a weight lifted off his shoulders. Amanpreet offers Kavya some tea.
Giriraj expresses his concerns to Omi about announcing his name, as it would give their enemies a weapon. Omi pleads with Giriraj, asking if he deserves such harsh punishment for a single mistake. Giriraj tells Omi that he must ensure Kavya is removed from Adi’s life in order for the threat hanging over his head to be eliminated.
Kavya shares the lead she received with Amanpreet, who advises her to rest for the day.
Adi takes Kavya home and informs Anjali that he took Kavya to the hospital, assuring her that there is nothing to worry about. Anjali expresses her gratitude to Adi and leaves to bring them some tea.
Adi and Mayank embrace Kavya, unaware that Anjali is watching. Anjali recalls Rajiv’s earlier words about Adi.
Giriraj convinces Omi to get Kavya out of Adi’s life. Omi asks Giriraj what he will gain from doing so, and Giriraj promises that Omi can ask for whatever he wants.
Anjali urges Adi to leave as Rajiv could arrive at any moment. Just as Rajiv comes home, Anjali creates a makeshift hiding spot for Adi. Rajiv sees Kavya safe and sound and feels relieved. He sits on Adi to have a conversation with Kavya.
The episode ends.
