Kyunki Saas Maa Bahu Beti hoti 5th December 2023 Written Update: Kesar decides to marry Suraj

The episode begins with Kabir admitting to Kesar that she is his friend. Kesar criticizes Kabir for keeping the truth to himself when he was in trouble and not informing her about it.

Suraj tells Ananya that what happened to Nikita was an unfortunate accident and he cannot change the past. Ananya agrees, stating that he truly cannot alter what has already happened.

Flashbacks reveal that Suraj and Nikita were once in a romantic relationship. Nikita excitedly informs Suraj that she is pregnant. However, Suraj tells Nikita that she must terminate the pregnancy due to his mother’s promise, which obligates him to marry the person chosen for him. Nikita slaps Suraj and accuses him of using her. Suraj defends himself, claiming that Nikita should have expressed the seriousness of their relationship. Nikita decides to keep the baby and make sure the child knows about his father. Enraged, Suraj pushes Nikita onto the road, where she is hit by a car. Nikita calls out to Suraj for help.

Suraj explains to Ananya that Nikita’s accident was unintentional. He confesses that he was a coward for leaving her on the road to die, but he was bound by his mother’s promise. Suraj insists that the truth must never come out, as he doesn’t want to be seen as a coward by Kesar.

Kabir apologizes to Kesar for hiding the truth and promises to never hide anything from her again. Ambica interrupts their conversation and suggests that they restart their friendship the following day. Kabir agrees and leaves.

Ananya informs Kesar that Suraj has been deeply in love with her for the past 20 years. She advises Kesar to only marry Suraj if she can reciprocate his love. Ananya believes that it would be deceitful to marry him otherwise. Ananya then departs.

Suraj emotionally manipulates Ananya by expressing his desire to be free from the burden of guilt. He pleads with her to tell the truth to Kesar. Ananya leaves, contemplating what to do.

After speaking with Ananya, Kesar decides to marry Suraj.

Jugni questions Kabir about why he hasn’t revealed the truth to Kesar. Kabir explains that he hasn’t had the opportunity yet. Jugni urges Kabir to disclose the truth about Suraj to Kesar and also express his love for her.

Kabir tries to express his feelings to Kesar by presenting her with a bouquet of flowers. However, Kesar informs him that she has chosen to marry Suraj. Kabir is heartbroken by her decision. Kesar adds that Kabir will be playing music at her wedding. Ambica overhears their conversation and feels delighted by Kesar’s choice.
