Anupama 16th December 2023 Written Update: Choti’s mistake causes fatal accident

The latest episode of Anupama begins with Toshu and Vanraj continuously calling Kinjal. Anupama advises her to answer the call, but Kinjal insists on waiting until she reaches home. Suddenly, Pari starts crying, and Anupama asks Kinjal to stop the car. Anupama takes Pari onto her lap in the front seat. Choti, feeling insecure, tries to come to the front as well. However, Kinjal loses control of the car and gets into a severe accident. Kinjal falls unconscious, and Anupama sees the car hanging near a cliff. She realizes that she needs to save them all. Anupama asks Choti to check the back door of the car, but it’s locked.

Choti continues to try to come to the front, causing the car to move. Anupama tells her to give her the phone. Choti expresses fear that they will die, but Anupama tries to encourage her. Anupama prays for their safety and becomes confused about what to do. Malti Devi complains to Anuj about Anupama not returning home or answering her calls. Rohit also mentions that he called Anupama about an account, but she didn’t answer. Anuj tries to call both Anupama and Kinjal. Anupama keeps asking Choti to give her bag from the backseat, but Choti, being scared, refuses to give it.

As Anupama tries to retrieve it herself, the car keeps moving closer to the edge of the cliff. Finally, she manages to get her phone and calls Anuj. However, she is shocked to find that there is no network. The car continues to move, and Choti expresses her fear of dying. Anupama reassures her that they will return home to Anuj. She reminds Choti that they are his best girls and asks her to recite his poem to stay brave. Choti does so. Anupama apologizes to her for scolding her and reassures her that they will find a way out together. She passes Pari to Choti Anu and checks on Kinjal.

Kinjal is lying unconscious with a bleeding forehead. Anupama splashes water on her face, but she remains unconscious. Anupama realizes that the car door on Kinjal’s side is locked. Meanwhile, Anuj arrives at the Shah house, and Vanraj starts blaming Anupama for taking Kinjal and Pari on a picnic without informing anyone. Anuj suggests that they should search for them. Vanraj continues to argue and blames Anupama for the situation. Leela tells them to stop arguing. Anuj informs Vanraj that it was Kinjal who planned the picnic, not Anupama, and she did not inform the Shahs about it.

Anuj, Vanraj, and Toshu set out to find Anupama and Kinjal. Anupama manages to open the car door and tries to safely get Kinjal out. She instructs Choti Anu to give her Pari. Choti insists on not leaving her behind. Anupama successfully brings out Pari and gives her to Kinjal. Before she can rescue Choti, the car door locks again. Anupama breaks the window glass and manages to bring Choti out as well. Kinjal regains consciousness. The car then falls off the cliff. The episode ends.

Precap: Vanraj, Toshu, and Leela will blame Anupama for the accident. Toshu questions why she took them on the trip despite Vanraj’s warning not to meet them. Even Leela blames Anupama. Anuj listens to all the accusations against her. Vanraj declares that from now on, Anupama should not step foot in the Shah house or their entire neighborhood.
