Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 26th December 2023 Written Update: Savi receives a gift from a secret admirer

The episode begins with Reeva persuading Ishaan to have some juice, to which he expresses his gratitude. Anvi then informs Ishaan that Surekha is feeling a little better and suggests that they pay her a visit.

Ishaan approaches the doctor to inquire if they can see Surekha. The doctor confirms and asks the Bhosle family if Reeva is present, as Surekha wishes to meet her first. Reeva goes to meet Surekha.

Surekha questions Reeva about why she saved her. Reeva explains that anyone in her position would have done the same. However, Surekha argues that while others may have saved her, they wouldn’t understand the pain she is experiencing. Surekha asks Reeva why this is the case. Reeva responds by saying that she did it so that Ishaan wouldn’t lose his mother once again. She believes that if Ishaan were to lose his mother, he would be devastated. Surekha inquires if Reeva loves Ishaan that much, to which Reeva admits that she doesn’t even know the extent of her own love for Ishaan.

Surekha questions why Reeva left Ishaan during their engagement if she loves him so much. Ishaan interrupts, explaining that Swati threatened to commit suicide if Reeva didn’t go to London. Surekha then asks why Reeva didn’t inform Ishaan about her decision to go to London. Reeva argues that there was no way she could have called and told Ishaan that she was breaking her promise to him. She apologizes to Surekha and Ishaan for her past actions and for the play. However, Surekha believes that Savi is responsible for the play, not Reeva.

Savi asks Ninad who is on the phone. Ninad informs her that Ishaan thanked him for sending a saree to Savi. However, Ishaan denies sending any saree to Savi. Ninad invites Ishaan to the felicitation, but Ishaan declines, stating that he already informed Bhavani of his inability to attend. Ishaan mentions that he is a bit busy. Ninad understands and asks Savi to speak with Ishaan, but she says goodbye and hangs up.

Ishaan brings soup for Surekha and encourages her to have it, but she ignores him. Reeva arrives with another bowl of soup, causing Ishaan to inform her that there is no need as he has already brought soup. Reeva reveals that this soup is for Yashwant, who hasn’t eaten in the past 12 hours. Yashwant insists that he won’t eat anything, but Reeva pleads with Surekha to have the soup so that the rest of the family members will eat as well. Surekha reluctantly drinks the soup, and Yashwant teases her playfully.

Reeva eventually leaves, and Ishaan asks her how she managed to convince Surekha. Reeva explains that Surekha is a mother who cares deeply for her family. She had only consumed the soup so that the rest of the family would eat as well. Reeva then offers food to the rest of the Bhosle family according to their preferences.

Ashwin informs Savi that she found a note in the saree. Upon reading the note, they discover that the saree is meant for Savi’s wedding, with further details to be revealed gradually. Savi’s family ponders the meaning of the note.
