In today’s episode, Aditya and Arjun have a conversation about their fate. Aditya decides to eat in the canteen, and Arjun suggests that they can also get good food there. Kaashvi advises Arjun to apologize to Aditya, but he doesn’t understand what he did wrong. Kaashvi goes to Aditya and apologizes for not realizing that Dadi had sent extra food for him. Aditya questions how she could forget that, and she explains that Arjun’s lunchbox was empty, so she shared her food with him. Aditya decides to eat in the canteen and assumes that Kaashvi shared her food with Arjun because she loves him. Kaashvi offers to sit with Aditya while he finishes his lunch and receives a message from Simran.
Meanwhile, Harman realizes that his phone is missing and asks Geetika for help. Geetika suggests checking Simran’s room, and Harman finds his phone there. Simran had deleted a message she sent to Kaashvi and plans to run away with Micky that night.
Aditya informs Kaashvi and Arjun that he has arranged a driver and car for them to meet Simran. Simran is waiting for Harman to bring food, but Geetika brings it instead. Harman unties Simran, and Geetika and Harman leave. Simran prepares to escape through the balcony, while Arjun and Kaashvi wait for her. Unfortunately, Simran falls from the balcony, and Arjun calls an ambulance.
As Simran regains consciousness, she tries to tell Kaashvi something but faints. Geetika and Harman arrive at the scene, and Kaashvi blames them for Simran’s fall. However, they accuse Kaashvi of pushing Simran. Arjun intervenes and warns them to stop. Kaashvi believes that Harman and Geetika are responsible for Simran’s condition.
Geetika remembers catching Simran trying to escape and how she and Harman pushed her from the balcony. She contacts Mahima and promises to reveal the truth to Kaashvi if Simran survives. Mahima rushes to the hospital with Karun.
Kaashvi shares the whole incident with Micky and Aditya and prays for Simran’s recovery. Karun notices Kaashvi and becomes worried.
In the next episode, Arjun questions Mahima about her presence in the hospital.
