The episode begins with Reeva admiring her tattoo in the mirror. She takes Ishaan’s jacket and embraces it, reminiscing about him. Reeva then dances with the jacket and looks at the calendar, remembering her first day at college. She marks the end of her probation period and notes it as her engagement day.

Reeva takes out a ring and confesses to Ishaan in her heart that she had intended to put it on his finger during their engagement, but was unable to do so at the time. However, she promises to do it soon. Reeva later shows Ishaan’s name tattoo behind her neck to his photo, emphasizing that she belongs to him alone.

The doctor informs Savi’s family that they need to transfer Ninad to a private hospital for his surgery. Ashwini expresses concern about the cost of the procedure. To their relief, the doctor assures them that the surgery and all expenses are covered. Ashwini expresses gratitude, and the doctor suggests thanking Ishaan, as he has agreed to pay for Ninad’s treatment. Savi feels overjoyed and decides to personally thank Ishaan.

The staff from Bhosle Institute, accompanied by Reeva, visit Ishaan’s office and praise Reeva’s idea of a counseling room, suggesting its implementation.

Reeva asks Ishaan if she can show him a presentation she has prepared. Ishaan feels uncomfortable with her proximity and raises his voice at her. The Bhosle staff inquire about the commotion, and Ishaan explains that he is not feeling well and promises to discuss it later. The staff understand and leave.

Later, Reeva returns to Ishaan’s cabin to retrieve her laptop. She apologizes to Ishaan for hurting him and explains that being away from him makes her feel like a lifeless body. Ishaan argues with Reeva, claiming that she doesn’t care about him and only came to the college for her own benefit. Reeva leaves after apologizing once again.

Prateek visits Ishaan and learns about the incident. He comments on it, offering his perspective.

Ishaan and Prateek go to the hospital, where Ishaan presents sweets to Savi. However, she declines, stating that she is fasting and will eat them after Ninad’s successful surgery.

The doctor emerges with good news, stating that Ninad is completely out of danger. Ashwini asks if they can meet him, to which the doctor agrees, but after some time.

Savi embraces Ishaan and expresses her gratitude for his assistance. Ishaan humbly responds that he didn’t pay any money but merely contacted the right person. He believes he has repaid the favor since Savi saved his sister Durva from Samrud.

Isha confronts Savi, stating that she shouldn’t have made their personal matter public. She fears Ishaan will never forgive her. However, Savi hopes that their situation will bring Ishaan and Isha back together.

Savi approaches Ishaan and explains that she did it not just for Isha, but also for him. Ishaan pushes Savi away, and Reeva approaches him.
