The episode starts with the family members planning Arishi’s birthday celebration. Jhanak, however, feels a tinge of sadness as she realizes that no one is there to wish her a happy birthday. In the past, her mother used to celebrate her birthday, but now she’s alone. Sadly, she retreats to her room. The next day, the whole house is beautifully decorated for Arishi’s birthday.
Apu is amazed by the decorations and wonders why they don’t celebrate her birthday as well. Her father and grandmother explain to her that when she gets married, her husband will celebrate her birthday in a grand way. Apu is convinced and excited about her future marriage, but the elders caution against discussing it further.
When Apu returns home, she asks about Jhanak’s birthday, but Jhanak breaks down at the mention of it. Apu manages to cheer her up, and they dance together in joy. During their dance, Jhanak reminisces about the times when she used to celebrate her birthday. Soon after, Anirudha brings Arshi to the celebration and surprises her. Arshi is overwhelmed by the preparations and expresses her gratitude to Anirudh. However, during their conversation, Anirudh receives repeated phone calls. Rahul, who is calling, requests to speak to Jhanak and reveals that it’s her birthday. Anirudh, assuming Rahul is Jhanak’s boyfriend, insults him in anger. Rahul clarifies the misunderstanding and surprises Anirudh with the truth. Anirudh then gives Jhanak the phone in her room.
Despite Arshi’s repeated calls, Anirudh goes to Jhanak to give her the phone. Rahul wishes Jhanak a happy birthday, and they have an emotional conversation. Meanwhile, Anirudh and the rest of the family continue celebrating the birthday. However, Anirudh grows impatient as Jhanak talks to Rahul. Eventually, Anirudh wishes Jhanak a happy birthday.
The episode ends with a preview of Jhanak finding some gifts in her room, which surprise her. She doesn’t know who left them there and decides to give them to Arshi. However, Anirudh gets offended because he was the one who gave those gifts to Jhanak.
