Dhruv Tara 22nd December 2023 Written Update: Tara does the unthinkable

The episode begins with Meenakshi attempting to remove the clothes from the painting, but Tara stops her, insisting that they should not be removed. Bhavosa tells Tara that if she doesn’t remove the clothes, she won’t be able to perform pind dan, a ritual for the departed. Tara argues that she has already forgotten her husband, so there is no need for pind dan. Bhavosa insists that pind dan is necessary for her husband’s soul to find peace and removes the clothes from the painting. Bhavosa and Meenakshi are shocked by what they see.

Meanwhile, Surya learns from his soldiers that they have successfully completed the task he assigned them regarding Saraswati.

Bhavosa shows the picture to Tara and asks if it was her husband. Dhruv feels relieved because the painting was of him in his Naik get-up, not the original. Sona and Chandi make fun of the picture. Bhavosa instructs the priest to begin the pind dan puja and asks Tara to reveal her first husband’s name. Tara admits that she has forgotten his name and tells the priest that his name is Naik. The priest starts the puja and instructs Tara to immerse the pind in the river. Dhruv tells Tara that she has to do it herself. As Tara goes to the river, she sees Dhruv but he insists that she must do it. Tara reminisces about the beautiful moments they shared and decides that she will not perform the pind daan, regardless of the consequences. Bhavosa tells Tara to release the pind in the river, not on the ground. Tara tries to speak her mind, but they are interrupted by the cry of a baby. Bhavosa believes it is Shaurya and asks everyone to find him, but they are unable to locate him.

Meanwhile, Sukanya goes to meet Rajmata but finds her room in disarray.

Sona suggests to Bhavosa that the crying baby might belong to a villager and urges Bhavosa to continue with the pind daan. The priest informs Bhavosa that Tara has completed the immersion. Bhavosa is pleased and tells Tara that she must bathe in the river water after the ritual is finished.

Sukanya decides to inform Surya that Rajmata is missing, but she cannot find him in his room and his sword is also missing. Sukanya begins to worry that Rajmata is in danger from Surya.

Tara starts bathing in the river water and recalls how Dhruv took her there and told her to perform the immersion. Tara tells Dhruv that she wants to find Shaurya. Dhruv confesses that he made the sound of the crying baby to distract everyone. Tara insists that she will not perform the immersion, but Dhruv reveals that he is Naik, not Dhruv. Tara confesses that she sees Dhruv’s face in Naik. Dhruv performs the immersion and assures Tara that everything will be fine. Bhavosa tells Tara to return to the Rajmahal. Sukanya informs Tara that Rajmata is missing and suspects that Surya has kidnapped her as punishment. Bhavosa believes that Surya has done the right thing and that Saraswati Devi should be punished. Dhruv assures Tara that he will find Rajmata, but at that moment, Surya arrives with his sword and apologizes to Tara. Surya brings Rajmata’s body with him, leaving Tara shocked and demanding answers.

In the upcoming episode, Dhruv tells Bhavosa that he is ready for punishment, and Bhavosa tells him that he will be his servant forever. Bheera suggests to Dhruv that if he agrees, he will have to bow down and rub his nose at Bhavosa’s feet.
