Imlie 20th December 2023 Written Update: Amrit is the killer

The episode begins with Agastya attempting to reach Imlie but being unable to connect with her. He asks Meera if she has seen a girl. Meera shows him the direction. Agastya discovers Imlie’s phone and the divorce papers in that area. He calls the number from which Imlie received the message.

Imlie notices that her phone is ringing and answers the call. She informs Agastya that she is at the bar. Agastya assures Imlie that he is on his way to rescue her. The killer snatches the phone from Imlie’s hand. Imlie asks the killer what he wants from her. The killer tells Imlie that she has destroyed him. Imlie informs the killer that Agastya is coming to find her.

The killer tells Imlie that she made his job easier. Imlie asks the killer why he wants to kill her. The killer removes his mask, revealing himself to be Amrit. Imlie tells Amrit that he betrayed Sonali with his fake love. Amrit tells Imlie that she and Agastya betrayed everyone with their fake contractual marriage. He keeps telling Imlie that nobody cares for a bar girl, but he wants her to entertain only him. Amrit blames Imlie for ruining his image in front of Sonali and the family members, which is why he decided to take revenge on her and Agastya. Imlie tells Amrit that she is willing to stay with him just to distract him, but Amrit says that she can’t fool him this time.

Imlie prays that Agastya won’t come to rescue her because she realizes that it’s her mistake for not listening to Agastya. However, at the same time, Agastya arrives at the bar. Amrit tells Imlie that she is just a puppet for the Chaudharys and that no one cares for her. Agastya enters the bar, and Imlie starts singing a song to hint to him that she is there. Amrit tells Imlie that no one will come to save her. Agastya is certain that Imlie is inside the bar. Amrit yells at Imlie and tells her to stop singing. He points a knife at Imlie’s neck.

Imlie apologizes to Amrit and realizes her mistakes. Amrit tells Imlie that he won’t teach her a lesson but will punish her instead. He tries to kill Imlie, but suddenly the lights go off, and Agastya breaks the glass door. Agastya saves Imlie and fights with the killer. He picks up a chair to hit the killer, but Imlie stops him. The killer picks up his knife and points it at Agastya’s neck. Agastya is surprised to learn that the killer is actually Amrit. Amrit ties Agastya and Imlie together with a rope. Agastya tells Amrit that he can’t believe he is the killer. Amrit tells Agastya that they used to be good friends and blames Agastya for not fulfilling their friendship. Agastya tells Amrit that he warned him not to hurt his sister and that he is the biggest cheater.

Amrit tells Agastya that he and Imlie are the biggest fraud and cheaters because they had a fake contractual marriage. He tells Agastya that if the family members find out about their deception, the whole family will suffer a lot. Amrit tells Agastya to tell the truth to Amma ji because he wants to hear her cry. Agastya tells Amrit that he won’t call Amma ji. Amrit points the knife at Imlie’s neck and tells Agastya to call Amma ji.

Agastya tells Amrit that he is ready to call Amma ji. He calls Amma ji and reveals the truth about their fake contractual marriage. Imlie feels upset. Amrit tells Amma ji to come to the bar to collect the dead bodies. Amrit asks them for their last wish. Agastya tells Amrit that he wants to scold Imlie first. Agastya and Imlie engage in a funny argument. Amrit interrupts them and tries to kill them. Agastya kicks Amrit and fights back, as he had already freed his hand from Imlie’s hair clip and the argument was just a distraction. Agastya and Imlie are prepared to fight.

Precap: Amrit points a gun at Imlie and tells her to kill Agastya, or else he will kill her. Imlie fires the gun.
