The episode begins with Ambica sharing the story of Krishna and Sudhama’s friendship with Darshan. Kesar asks Ambica how they can determine if a friend is true or not. Ambica advises Kesar to imagine being in her friend’s shoes and consider if she would react the same way. If she would, then that person is a true friend. Ambica assures Kesar that a true friend will never abandon her during difficult times.

Aarthi recalls Dhruvi’s words. Ansh brings a bouquet of flowers for Aarthi, who thanks him. However, she quickly leaves without speaking to Ansh, who tries to talk to her. Ansh notices that Aarthi is avoiding him and suspects that someone may have said something to her. He believes that Dhruvi, who knows about his love for Aarthi, might be responsible.

Leela asks Manoj to take hot milk to Ambica. Kesar, lost in her thoughts about Kabir, accidentally bumps into Manoj. Fortunately, Kabir intervenes and protects Kesar from getting hurt. Unfortunately, the hot milk spills on Kabir’s back, causing him to get burned.

Kesar wonders what kind of friend would save someone from hot boiling milk. Ambica notices Kabir’s burns and applies medicine to his back. Kabir informs Ambica that he has some important work and hastily leaves. Suspecting something is amiss, Kesar decides to follow him.

Ansh confronts Dhruvi about Aarthi’s strange behavior, believing that Dhruvi must have said something to her. However, Dhruvi denies saying anything. Ansh unintentionally makes a hurtful comment about Dhruvi and Hetal being unable to see others happy. He quickly apologizes for his words, acknowledging that it was their past that influenced his behavior.

Kabir visits Macchan in the hospital, leaving Kesar confused about the situation. Kabir goes about his business, while Kesar approaches Jugni and questions her about Kabir’s involvement in her kidnapping. Jugni explains the truth to Kesar, revealing that Kabir was actually trying to save her. She also reveals that Queen offered Rs 50 Lakhs for Macchan’s treatment, but Kabir’s plan was to take the money and save Kesar. Kesar realizes that she had misunderstood Kabir.

Ansh meets Aarthi in the market and invites her for a coffee, but Aarthi avoids him upon seeing Dhruvi. Lost in her thoughts, Kesar walks absentmindedly in the market. Ananya regains consciousness and encounters Kesar, but Kesar doesn’t respond.
