The episode begins with Shantanu expressing his concerns to Ishaan about his issues with Reeva. Shantanu assures Ishaan that he will try to keep Reeva away from him as much as possible. In response, Ishaan questions Shantanu about why he gave a high score to Reeva if he cares for him so much. Shantanu explains that he only gave high marks to Reeva because she deserved it, but later realized it was a mistake. Ishaan comments on Isha, saying that she always realizes things late. Determined to prove that Reeva doesn’t affect him, Ishaan decides to attend the lunch meet. Shantanu worries about how Ishaan will handle facing Reeva.

Meanwhile, Savi and Harini create an advertisement for Country Delight Milk.

Reeva notices that the other assistant professors are afraid to meet Ishaan due to his strict behavior during the interview. Reeva reassures them, stating that Ishaan is actually a kind-hearted person.

Ishaan addresses the assistant professors, expressing disappointment in their teaching and demanding improvements. He informs them that they will be on a three-month probation period, after which it will be decided if their jobs will be permanent. Reeva agrees with Ishaan’s decision.

Later, Reeva offers Moong Dal Ka Halwa to Ishaan, but he declines, stating that he doesn’t like sweets. He emphasizes the need for professionalism among the assistant professors.

Savi approaches Ishaan and requests a leave due to her grandfather’s poor health. Ishaan approves her leave and Savi offers him some Moong Dal Ka Halwa, hoping it will improve his mood. Ishaan tries the sweet and admits that it’s good. Reeva observes this interaction and becomes upset.

In another scene, Ashwini takes Ninad to the washroom and attends a call from Savi. Savi informs her about her visit to the hospital. The nurse then calls Ashwini, informing her that the doctor wants to meet her. Ashwini leaves to meet the doctor.

The doctor informs Ashwini that Ninad is not eating well, so he needs to change his medications. Ashwini takes the prescription from the doctor.

Meanwhile, Ninad, thinking that Sai and Virat are upstairs, goes upstairs.

At the hospital, Savi meets Ashwini and they wait outside the washroom for Ninad. When they realize that Ninad is taking too long, Savi asks someone to check on him. The person discovers that Ninad is not inside the washroom.

Savi, Ashwini, and Harini search for Ninad and find him fallen from the stairs. Savi rushes to his side.

The doctor delivers bad news to Savi’s family, stating that due to Ninad’s fall, the timeframe for his operation has been reduced. The doctor emphasizes the urgency of the operation within a week and highlights the issue of Ninad not eating. Savi vows to make Ninad eat.

Reeva approaches Ishaan and suggests filling her free time with extra lectures. Ishaan agrees.

Bhavani and Ashwini attempt to feed Ninad, but he doesn’t recognize them.

In the precap, Savi tries to make Ninad recognize her, but he fails to do so. Meanwhile, Ishaan plays the harmony, and Savi dresses up as a police officer to trigger Ninad’s memory.
