In the latest episode of Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, Mohan is about to break Radha’s fasting with water when Mr X intervenes. She orders Bunty to bring food for Radha, but Bunty brings non-veg food, which Mohan and Radha don’t eat. Mr X insists that Radha must eat non-veg food, threatening to kill Mohan if she refuses. Damini advises Radha to eat the non-veg food to save Mohan, but Mohan tells Radha she doesn’t have to. Radha, feeling nauseous at the sight of the food, is about to eat it, but Mohan stops her. Mr X warns Mohan of impending danger, but they hear a gunshot and realize that Radha tricked Mr X into shooting at the fire. Kadambari thanks Lord Krishna for this escape.
Radha apologizes to Lord Krishna and agrees to do whatever Mr X wants to save Mohan’s life. She prepares to eat the non-veg food but is interrupted when a pregnant lady knocks the food out of her hand. The pregnant lady scolds Mr X for her actions and states that Mr X must kill her before killing Mohan. Other ladies also offer themselves to be killed. Kadambari sarcastically suggests that Mr X should kill all the ladies but reminds her that negotiation with the government will be impossible if she does so. Mr X threatens to kill them all, but Bunty and Tina manage to take her away, fearing retaliation from the other passengers.
Mohan overhears Tina and Bunty discussing the importance of the pacemaker to their mission. He realizes that the terrorists want the pacemaker to activate a bomb and warns Radha about it. Shiv, who has the pacemaker, realizes the same and decides to destroy it. However, Mr X catches him and questions his intentions. Shiv sits next to Radha and reveals his plan to save everyone.
Meanwhile, Mr X contacts Kavita and demands a large sum of money and a helicopter for the release of the passengers. She plans to escape and leave no survivors. However, Shiv notices that the bomb is missing from his bag, raising the tension further.
The episode ends with suspense and uncertainty, leaving the audience eagerly awaiting the next installment.
