The latest episode begins with Shiv apologizing to Nandu and assuring him that he will always trust him. Padma observes this from a distance.
Mandira asks Padma if this is the reason she came to her. It is revealed that Padma is the one who secretly approaches Mandira and covers her mouth.
Padma apologizes to Mandira for going against her and admits that she now realizes Shiv is her true enemy. Padma explains that Nandu always serves Shiv as if he were a God, but both Raghunath and Shiv treat Nandu like a servant. Padma claims that if she had been with Mandira, no one would have dared to harm her or her son. Mandira comments on Padma’s statement and declares that from now on, she is on team Mandira. Padma thanks Mandira and leaves.
Meanwhile, Keertan sneaks into Shiv’s room with a plan to hurt him where it would hurt the most. Keertan takes a file out of Shiv’s cupboard and finds Karthik’s photo inside. Keertan secretly communicates with Karthik in his heart, stating that it’s time for him to leave the hostel. Keertan assures Shiv not to worry and promises to reveal the truth about him to Shakti. However, as Keertan puts the file back, Gowri’s photo slips out and falls to the floor. Keertan then leaves the room.
In another scene, Shakti looks at Gowri’s photo and senses that something is about to happen with her marriage. She decides to call Shiv and talk to him about it. However, when Shiv wakes up and sees Gowri’s photo, he experiences a panic attack and hides under the bed. Mandira witnesses this and shows it to Padma, stating that she has sought revenge for Shiv raising his hand on Nandu. Mandira reveals that she has increased Shiv’s medication dosage to intensify his phobia. Padma expresses her gratitude to Mandira.
The next day, during the Mehendi ceremony, Shakti’s family arrives at Kashyap Sadan. Keertan arrives and compliments Rimjim. Bhagwati suggests that Keertan should become a poet instead of a doctor, to which Keertan responds with a comment. Keertan then takes Rimjim aside to take some selfies with her.
Mandira sends Padma and tells Manorama that Shiv will take some time to get ready. Manorama agrees.
