Yeh Hai Chahatein 25th December 2023 Written Update: Arjun gets possessive

In this episode, a minister attends a gathering and makes Kaashvi feel uncomfortable. Aditya arrives and introduces the minister as a special guest. The minister praises both Kaashvi and Aditya, encouraging the trainees to be inspired by them. He notices Kaashvi conversing with Aditya and purposely spills juice on her saree, pretending it was an accident. Kaashvi goes inside to wash her saree.

Aditya checks on the minister to ensure he is fine. Suspecting that Kaashvi may be in the washroom, he goes inside. Arjun, however, observes that the minister doesn’t seem trustworthy and follows them inside. Arjun pulls Kaashvi into a room before the minister can spot her, thinking it would be inappropriate for him to be seen in the ladies’ washroom. The minister assumes Kaashvi has left and leaves as well.

Confused, Kaashvi questions Arjun about his actions. He explains that he saved her from the minister and reveals that he knows about the discomfort she experienced. Kaashvi questions how he knows, to which Arjun responds that he is aware of everything about her. Kaashvi asserts that he cannot judge others and warns him to stay out of her affairs. Arjun questions why he should stay away from her, but Kaashvi firmly states that he means nothing to her.

Arjun, undeterred, declares that he doesn’t care about her opinion and holds her tightly, causing her distress. Kaashvi pleads for him to release her, citing the pain he is causing her. Arjun insists on adjusting her saree himself, claiming that only he has the right to do so. This revelation shocks Kaashvi.

As Arjun fixes her saree, Kaashvi emphasizes that no one, especially Arjun, has any rights over her. She reminds him of his betrayal and asserts that she can make her own choices in life. She warns him to stay away. Suddenly, the lights go out, but Arjun reassures Kaashvi not to be afraid.

Meanwhile, Aditya instructs a waiter to arrange candles and Mahima informs him that she is searching for Arjun. Aditya goes inside to find Kaashvi. In the darkness, Arjun takes advantage of Kaashvi’s fear and frightens her. In her fear, Kaashvi clings tightly to him, but soon realizes her actions and scolds Arjun. He leads her to a room where they decide to wait until someone comes to assist them. Aditya continues his search for Kaashvi in the washroom, while Mahima hears Kaashvi’s voice and enters the room.
