Yeh Hai Chahatein 27th December 2023 Written Update: Mahima threatens Arjun

In the latest episode, Vishal reveals to the minister that Arjun is Kaashvi’s ex-husband. The minister questions Aditya about why he hasn’t taken any action against Arjun. Kaashvi pleads with Arjun to listen to her before making any decisions. She explains to him that the minister forced her to eat sweets, which is why Arjun behaved in that manner. The minister accuses her of supporting Arjun because of their past relationship. The trainee realizes that Kaashvi’s bias towards Arjun is due to their history. Vishal states that feelings for an ex-spouse don’t just disappear.

Aditya agrees with the trainee and believes that Arjun is not suitable to be a civil officer. He decides to suspend Arjun. Mahima, who had planned to live a lavish life, is frustrated when her plan backfires. She claims that Kaashvi instigated Arjun against the minister and reveals that Kaashvi was with Arjun in the storeroom. Arjun is shocked by this revelation, and Kaashvi defends herself, stating that she cannot tolerate his insult. She argues with Aditya, suggesting that Kaashvi should lose her job instead of Arjun. However, Aditya stands firm in his decision.

The minister questions Aditya about why only Arjun is being suspended. Aditya explains that he must follow protocol, and Arjun must prove his innocence to the members of the enquiry committee; otherwise, he will be terminated from the training center. Mahima takes Arjun away from the scene, while Kaashvi leaves on her own. Aditya follows her and asks her to stop. Kaashvi expresses her disappointment that Aditya didn’t even give Arjun a chance to defend himself. Aditya reveals that he already knew about Arjun being her ex-husband. Kaashvi apologizes for not telling him and explains that she wanted to leave the training center after learning about Arjun’s presence but was stopped by her boss. She confesses that it’s difficult for her to be around Arjun.

Aditya assures Kaashvi that he will make the final decision regarding Arjun’s fate. He informs her that the decision will be made in front of the enquiry committee members. Meanwhile, Mahima confronts Arjun and blames him for losing his job because of Kaashvi. Arjun defends himself, stating that he was protecting Kaashvi’s honor. Mahima insists that she was trying to save his job and reminds him about their family. However, Arjun stands by his actions and refuses to regret them. Mahima warns him to focus on their family and threatens to divorce him and take their child, Karun, with her if he doesn’t forget about Kaashvi.

The next day, Aditya brings the minister’s wife to the enquiry room, where she gives a statement against her husband. Aditya declares that he knows Arjun is innocent.
