Ghum Hai Kisi key Pyaar Meiin 8th December 2023 Written Update: Savi defends Reeva

The latest episode begins with Surekha questioning Nishikanth and Yashwant about the situation at their college. Reeva has managed to secure a job there, and Surekha is concerned about losing control. Nishikanth explains that they had to ask for more funding from the university, which resulted in less control over the college. Surekha expresses her disappointment in Isha, wondering how a mother could hurt her own son. Asmita defends Isha, saying that she couldn’t have known about Reeva. Yashwant suspects that Shantanu is responsible for Reeva’s job, as at least two people on the panel must have given her good marks. Yashwant suggests canceling Reeva’s appointment, but Nishikanth explains that it’s not possible. Yashwant decides to call the vice chancellor and demand the cancellation of Reeva’s appointment. However, Ishaan intervenes and says it’s unnecessary.

Meanwhile, Savi tries to convince Ninad to eat something, but he refuses. Savi, determined to support him, declares that she won’t eat either until he does. Ninad then asks Savi to take him to Ramtek, as he doesn’t want to stay there. Savi reassures him and promises that he will receive treatment and get better soon.

Yashwant questions Ishaan about his earlier statement. Ishaan clarifies that the problem lies with him, not Reeva. Yashwant advises him to learn how to ignore Reeva, who seems to have a lot of control over him. Surekha asks Ishaan if he can handle it, to which he responds that he has no choice but to try. Ishaan assures his family that he will ignore Reeva and asks them not to worry.

Bhavani is worried about Ninad, who has lost hope in life. Savi encourages Bhavani, emphasizing that as long as she doesn’t lose hope, nobody else should either. She believes that Ninad will recover once Ashwini arrives.

Yashwant decides to confront Shantanu and inquire about his actions that have hurt Ishaan. However, Nishikanth reveals that he is the one who gave Reeva extra marks. Yashwant and Surekha are shocked and question Nishikanth’s motives. Nishikanth reminds them that Swanand had promised to help them with their land issue in Mumbai if they gave Reeva the job. Yashwant is torn between allowing Ishaan to be hurt for money or standing up for his son. Nishikanth assures them that Ishaan will ignore Reeva, causing her to leave the college.

The next day, Durva and Ayush plan to harass Reeva in order to force her to leave the college. They discuss their strategy and agree to proceed.

Reeva bumps into Savi, who helps her pick up her book. Savi learns that Reeva got the job and congratulates her. Savi then takes Reeva to the classroom and introduces her as the new assistant professor of psychology.

Durva and Ayush make derogatory comments about Reeva, but Savi mocks them for failing their exams due to cheating. A heated argument ensues, with Durva raising her hand at Savi. Ishaan arrives and questions the situation. Durva blames Savi, while Savi claims the opposite. Ishaan intervenes and warns Reeva not to repeat such behavior.

The episode ends with Reeva offering a sweet to Ishaan, who initially refuses but later accepts it when Savi offers the same.
