The episode begins with Apu insisting that Jhanak join them. Choton has organized a treat for the family at a grand restaurant, and everyone is excited to celebrate. Apu, who is also going to the restaurant, pleads with Jhanak to come along. However, Jhanak is hesitant and doesn’t want to go anywhere, knowing the potential consequences. Despite Jhanak asking Apu not to say anything, Apu runs to Chhoton to convince Jhanak to join them.
In the car, Anirudh and Arshi head to China Town and spend quality time together. Anirudh handles the sensitive Kashmir matter with care. They resolve their misunderstandings by talking to each other. Suddenly, a car speeds towards them, causing Anirudh to panic and lose control. Luckily, he manages to regain control. Arshi advises Anirudh to be more mindful of his actions, as others may take advantage of him.
Meanwhile, Apu complains to her father about Jhanak not being invited to the family party. He feels ashamed of himself. Others in the family are irritated by the proposal to include Jhanak and believe it is not appropriate. Anirudh’s mother also dismisses Jhanak and treats her like a maid. Apu cannot bear the insult and protests. Just then, Anirudh and Jhanak arrive home. Arshi is hesitant to bring Jhanak along, but Anirudh insists on it. Vishakha mocks Jhanak, making fun of her poor appearance.
At the restaurant, Apu takes care of Jhanak, and they start to bond. Jhanak joins the party, but she is unsure how to order in a restaurant. Chhoton helps her out. Apu struggles to control herself, but Jhanak tries to calm her down. Apu tries to eat in a tough and strange manner, but Jhanak advises her on proper table manners.
Vipasha orders a bowl of soup but is completely confused about how to use the chopsticks. Worried, she stares at the food but can’t eat it. Suddenly, Bipasha purposely jerks her arm, causing the soup to stain Anirudh’s shirt.
The episode ends.
Precap: Anirudh and Arshi will take everyone in the family shopping for their upcoming wedding. However, they will exclude Jhanak this time. While at the shopping mall, Anirudh secretly picks out clothes for Jhanak.
