The latest episode starts with Raghunath blaming Shiv for Bhagwati’s heart attack. Shakti intervenes and asks Raghunath to stop accusing Shiv. Shakti explains that while Bhagwati was worried about Shiv, Shiv also constantly thinks about Bhagwati. Shakti requests Raghunath not to blame Shiv, as Shiv might already be blaming himself.
Rimjim calls Keertan, who answers the call and gets angry, assuming that Rimjim didn’t want to talk to her. Rimjim tries to talk to Keertan privately, but Manorama interrupts and insists on listening to their conversation to see if Keertan truly loves Rimjim. Rimjim reluctantly talks to Keertan over the phone while her family is present.
Keertan apologizes to Rimjim for his earlier outburst and explains that he is worried about Bhagwati, which is why he is behaving strangely. He pleads with Rimjim not to be angry with him and assures her that he can’t bear it. Rimjim forgives him, and they say goodbye. However, it is revealed that Keertan was sweet to Rimjim on Mandira’s instructions. Mandira warns Keertan to maintain this facade until their marriage, or else he might end up in jail. Keertan reluctantly agrees.
Manorama becomes suspicious of Keertan’s behavior, suspecting that someone else instructed him to be sweet to Rimjim.
The doctor comes out and informs everyone that Bhagwati is out of danger and urges them not to worry. Shiv feels relieved upon hearing this news.
Later, Shiv goes to get some water, accompanied by Shakti. Shiv remembers Shakti breaking the promise she made to him and believes that it is the main reason for Bhagwati’s condition. Shiv confronts Shakti and asks her why she broke her promise, pressing her for an explanation. Shakti admits that she had no choice but to do so. However, when Shakti notices Mandira nearby, she stops speaking. Shiv learns that Bhagwati has regained consciousness and walks away.
Mandira approaches Shakti and reminds her that Rimjim might attempt suicide if she doesn’t marry Shiv. Mandira warns Shakti to think about Rimjim before saying anything.
Shiv visits Bhagwati, who pleads with him to marry Shakti as her final wish. Shiv agrees to fulfill Bhagwati’s request and leaves.
Shakti stops Shiv and tries to convince him that she isn’t as bad as he thinks. However, Shiv disagrees and makes negative comments about Shakti before walking away.
