Interestingly, the release date of “Dream Girl 2” on August 25 coincides with the release of Nushrratt’s own movie, “Akelli.” Originally scheduled for August 18, the release of “Akelli” was pushed due to Censor Board approval delays, leading to this unexpected clash.
Speaking about “Akelli,” the film is directed by Pranay Meshram and follows the story of a woman stranded in Iraq. Notably, Tsahi Halevi from the acclaimed series “Fauda” plays a pivotal role, adding an international dimension to the film.
As for “Dream Girl 2,” Ayushmann Khurrana takes on his role as Pooja once again, but with an intriguing twist. This time, he not only adopts a female voice but also transforms into a woman, adding a new layer of comedy to the storyline.
