Drug angle now unveiled under CBI investigation on Sushant’s case; NCB registers case against Rhea
The air around Sushant’s death intensifies amid Enforcement Directorate (ED) revealing that there could be a potential ‘drug’ angle around the case. Details put forth by the ED show WhatsApp interactions of Rhea Chakraborty with CBI and Narcotics Control Bureau and an alleged drug use could be one of the many reasons around Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
Various questions are being raised and all possible angles are being explored so as to investigate the real reason behind Sushant’s death. Drug usage stands to be a forerunner as it is possible that it may have been one of the reasons behind Sushant’s poor health in the last few days of his life.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently interrogating Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty at the DRDO guesthouse where the CBI officials are currently stationed. There are several other people taken in for questioning to the DRDO guesthouse.
The investigation has extended to questioning the staff at Waterstone resort, which is where the actor is known to have spent two months for ‘spiritual healing’.
The CBI has also summoned Rhea and her father Indrajit Chakraborty to appear before it.
What may be coming Rhea’s way?
Rhea will be questioned by the CBI about her relationship with the actor and whether she took any financial decisions on Sushant’s behalf. She would also be questioned if she administered any medicines – prescribed by her father Indrajit – to Sushant and if she had set up any kind of medical consultation for him. The entire CBI has brought along even a forensic arm to piece together all evidence that they collected a day before.
