Jhanak 13th December 2023 Written Update: Jhanak is vehemently insulted

The episode begins with a conversation between Anirudh and Shrishti. Shrishti is furious when she sees Jhanak with Anirudh. She scolds Jhanak for coming here with Anirudh and even jerks her as a punishment. However, Anirudh intervenes and asks Shrishti to check her behavior.

Anirudh explains that he didn’t get a chance to talk to Arshi. He tried to say everything to Arshi, but she didn’t have any time to listen. Both Shristi and Arshi are angry at Jhanak for agreeing to come here. On the other hand, Apu is overwhelmed by Jhanak’s beauty. She initially considers Jhanak as her gift.

After a while, Anirudh’s parents get angry at Jhanak for not informing the family. Everyone believes that Jhanak has somehow manipulated Anirudh. But Anirudh protests and explains that he brought her to Kolkata intentionally. Shrishti wants to send Jhanak back to the shelter, but Anirudh explains that he brought her here on purpose.

Jhanak appears very tired and weak due to the journey. Although Anirudh’s grandparents ask Jhanak to rest, Anirudh’s father and Shrishti clearly state that they won’t allow Jhanak in the house anymore. Shrishti asks Jhanak to find a shelter. Anirudh starts revealing the incidents to answer all the questions from the family members. He emphasizes that if he hadn’t brought her with him, Tejas would have surely killed her. But both Shristi and Arshi show no empathy towards Jhanak.

Anirudh stands by his decision and continues explaining the reasoning behind his actions. Everyone assumes that Jhanak insisted Anirudh to bring her here, but Anirudh protests and says that he is the one who insisted Jhanak to come here. He had been feeling guilty and brought Jhanak to the house.

Shrishti doesn’t want to take the responsibility of Jhanak herself. But Anirudh says that he didn’t bring Jhanak to pass the responsibility to Shristi. Arshi gets angry as Anirudh wants to keep Jhanak in the house. Meanwhile, Apu has chosen Jhanak as her friend and considers her as a friend.

Anirudh rebukes Arshi for her meanness and asks her to help Jhanak build her career. He believes that she can shape her own future. Anirudh asks his grandmother to arrange a room for Jhanak so that she can rest.

Precap: Anirudh’s mother will ask Jhanak to maintain a safe distance from Anirudh to prevent any intimacy between them. On the other hand, Jhanak will mistakenly enter Anirudh’s room while he is busy with Arshi. Anirudh will scold Jhanak for not knocking the door.
