In “Fukrey 3,” the trio is once again caught up in a comical adventure, this time dealing with Richa Chadha’s character, Bholi Punjaban, and seeking the help of Pankaj Tripathi’s Panditji, an astrology expert. The trailer showcases their antics and the challenges they face as they prepare to run for office against Bholi Punjaban, who is determined to regain her “old life.”

In the “Fukrey 3” trailer, Pulkit and Varun’s characters reminisce about their school days, but fast forward to the present, they are preparing to run for office against Richa Chadha’s Bholi Punjaban, who is determined to reclaim her “old life.” The stage is set for a showdown between Richa and Pulkit, and the trailer teases the hilarious chaos that ensues.

“Fukrey” is one of the most beloved comedy franchises in modern Hindi cinema, with its first instalment released in 2013. While Ali Fazal, who is now married to Richa Chadha, appeared in the first two films, he is absent from the latest instalment due to scheduling conflicts. Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba confirmed this, but he assured fans that his character, Zafar, will return in future instalments of the series.

The film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the Excel Entertainment banner. Originally scheduled for release on September 7, “Fukrey 3” will now hit theatres on September 28, 2023, taking over the release date initially reserved for Prabhas’ “Salaar,” which was postponed to a later date.

Pankaj Tripathi has been enjoying a successful streak in Bollywood. He plays Panditji in “Fukrey 3,” and has several sequels in the works, including “Stree 2,” “Mirzapur 3,” and “Criminal Justice 4,” following the success of “OMG 2.”

Bollywood has been on a roll lately, with the release of films such as “Gadar 2,” “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani,” “Dream Girl 2,” “OMG 2,” and others. Fukrey 3″ has generated significant anticipation among fans and is expected to have a strong chance of crossing the 100 crore rupees mark at the box office.
