Udaariyaan 20th December 2023 Written Update: Alia saves Armaan

The episode begins with Armaan scolding Alia, and Raja grabbing a rifle. Everyone is shocked to see the rifle in Raja’s hand, and he aims it at Armaan. Sukhi pleads with Raja to drop the rifle, while Aasmaa asks about Armaan’s whereabouts. Aasmaa also tells Raja to put the rifle down. Raja hesitates but eventually shoots, causing everyone to panic. Luckily, Alia saves Armaan just in time, leaving Aasmaa relieved. Sukhi slaps Raja and questions him for shooting Armaan, emphasizing that he is Raja’s elder brother. Raja is about to reveal the truth, but Alia falls at his feet and begs him not to say anything. She pretends to scold him in front of everyone and stops him from speaking. Alia then apologizes to Armaan and leaves, leaving him heartbroken.

Rano asks Armaan about Raja’s strange behavior, as he has never acted like this before. Aasmaa suggests hiding the rifle from Raja, sensing that something is wrong. Meanwhile, Sukhi demands that Raja promise not to harm Armaan again. Alia assures Sukhi that she will make Raja understand, as she prevented him from revealing the truth earlier. Raja hugs Alia and heads to the washroom, while she celebrates her victory. Armaan confides in Aasmaa about his anger towards Raja, but also expresses that he shouldn’t have spoken to him that way. Alia believes that Armaan will be hers soon. However, Armaan notices blood coming from Aasmaa’s eyes and panics, calling for a doctor. Later, Armaan informs everyone that the doctor said Aasmaa will recover after surgery and asks them to take care of her. Alia, on the other hand, hopes that Aasmaa doesn’t get better.

Aasmaa asks about Raja and requests that he sit beside her, feeling better with him around. Alia realizes that Aasmaa is trying to uncover the truth but remains oblivious to the fact that she has control over Raja. Sukhi expresses concern that Raja might cause trouble at the hospital, but Armaan reassures him that Raja won’t. Raja promises to stay by Aasmaa’s side. Later, Armaan displays his love for Aasmaa in the hospital room, catching Raja’s attention. Raja wonders why he treated Alia poorly despite loving Aasmaa so much. Armaan prays for Aasmaa’s recovery and discusses her surgery with the doctor, signing the necessary forms.

Armaan assures Aasmaa that everything will be alright, while the doctor prepares her for surgery. Armaan shares his fears with Rano and asks her to notify him when the surgery is over. Raja tells Alia that he wants to accompany Armaan, but she manipulates him against it, assuring him that she will reveal the truth to Aasmaa once she recovers. Alia provokes Raja, suggesting that they cannot live without each other and planting the idea of suicide in his mind. Aasmaa overhears this conversation and worries about Raja. The surgery begins, and later, the doctor removes the dressing from Aasmaa’s eyes. Aasmaa remembers Alia’s deceit and calls for Armaan. He rushes to her side, and the doctor instructs Aasmaa to open her eyes slowly. Everyone anxiously awaits her recovery. Armaan catches Aasmaa as she almost falls and she tells him that she can’t see anything.
