Suhaagan 22nd December 2023 Written Update: Indu slaps Payal

The latest episode of Suhaagan begins with Bindiya expressing her belief that Payal should not stay in the house. Dadi becomes angry upon hearing this, but Payal tells her not to interfere as it is a family matter. Bindiya remarks that Payal doesn’t understand the meaning of family and how it affects everyone if a family member is hurt. Payal explains that she mistakenly gave Dadi the medicine and had no intention of hurting her. Bindiya reminds Payal that she sacrificed her studies to provide her with an education, and Payal shouldn’t claim ignorance about the side effects of the medicine.

Krishna reveals to Indu that Baldev doesn’t like Bindiya and is trying to remove Payal from the house. However, Indu seems to be conflicted. She recalls the moment when Baldev asked her to choose between him and her mother. Indu chose her mother, explaining that mothers sacrifice everything for their children. Indu tells Baldev that she wants to protect her children, as she believes Dadi poses a danger to Krishna. Baldev disagrees, stating that Dadi isn’t a threat to him but to Payal. He insists that Payal be removed from Krishna’s life.

Indu explains to Payal that Baldev’s decision to send her away is not driven by hatred towards her. Instead, it is because her life is in danger. Payal questions why they are trying to send her away and becomes angry, suggesting that Dadi, the mental patient, should be the one to leave the house. Indu slaps Payal in anger, stating that she cannot insult Dadi and must learn to respect her husband’s family. Sakshi, witnessing the scene, provokes Indu further against Payal. Payal apologizes to Indu and Krishna, claiming that she spoke out of anger and didn’t mean any of it.

Krishna advises Payal not to lose her temper in any situation. Payal expresses concern over where she will go since she has nowhere else to stay. Bindiya reassures her that she doesn’t have to leave forever and can return once Dadi is well. However, Krishna declares that if Payal leaves, he will go with her. This surprises everyone, including Bindiya, who questions how Krishna can leave when he should be focused on Dadi’s recovery. Krishna replies that he is not a doctor and believes that being with Payal will help her get well soon.

Indu suggests that Payal stay in the outhouse to avoid missing the family. However, Payal refuses to do so. Bindiya states that she will leave the house once Dadi recovers and emphasizes the importance of sacrificing for the family. She asks Payal if she loves the family and can’t sacrifice even a little. Payal argues that she took care of Dadi and is being asked to leave for a small mistake. Krishna assures her that Bindiya will take care of Dadi in the house and even gives Bindiya a uniform to wear.

Payal is happy to see Bindiya in the uniform but comments that the marriage chain doesn’t suit her. Bindiya warns Payal not to play with her marriage chain and threatens to forget their relationship if she continues to do so. Bindiya asserts that Payal shouldn’t be happy seeing her in the uniform because it can be changed, but one thing that won’t change is that she is Krishna’s wife. Krishna jokingly adds that she is just a namesake wife and her role as his wife is about to end soon.

Meanwhile, Rose and Nikku arrive, as Bindiya had asked them to stay with Payal so that she doesn’t miss the family. Indu instructs Payal to pack her things and go with them, but Payal realizes she needs to do something to stay in the house.
