Parineetii 18th December 2023 Written Update: Parineet turns down Neeti’s request

The episode begins with Neeti expressing her anger towards Parineet, accusing her of taking everything away from her. She points out that she no longer has a husband or a friend, even though she used to consider Parineet as her closest friend and a significant part of her life. Neeti questions why Parineet is silent now and asks her to stop the wedding rituals with Sanju. Parineet tries to explain that she is doing it for the sake of everyone’s happiness and that stopping the wedding would only create more problems. However, Neeti accuses Parineet of thinking she is always right and failing to acknowledge her own mistakes. Neeti pleads with Parineet to talk to Sanju and their family members and put an end to the wedding. Parineet, torn between her promise to Sanju and her friendship with Neeti, tells her that it is too late to stop the wedding.

Meanwhile, Parminder notices Gurinder’s uneasiness and asks her what is bothering her. Gurinder reveals that Sanju is going to marry without her permission, and she feels left out. Parminder assures Gurinder that she has a special place in her son’s heart that no one can replace. Later, Amith confronts Sanju about his feelings for Neeti, revealing that Chandrika had informed him about Neeti being in Parineet’s place for the wedding rituals. Sanju remains silent, leaving his true feelings unclear. Parineet arrives and informs the priest that she won’t wear a veil during the wedding ceremony. The priest allows her request, and Sanju explains that Neeti had taken her place earlier. The priest instructs them to start the rituals again.

Parineet and Sanju complete the wedding rituals, taking the pheras around the tree, while the family members rejoice in their union. However, Gurinder and Bebe seem less interested in the proceedings. The priest blesses the couple, and they seek the elders’ blessings. One small ritual is left, and they are asked to bring a small lotus flower. Monty volunteers to get it, but Sanju insists on doing it himself on his wedding day. Meanwhile, Neeti is walking on the road, consumed with thoughts about Sanju’s words and her own predicament. She feels dizzy and falls, but Sukhwinder comes to her aid. Neeti confides in Sukhwinder about taking Parineet’s place during the wedding rituals and her desperation to win back Sanju’s heart.

On the other hand, Parineet notices a boy playing near the river and senses danger. Without hesitation, she rushes to save him, followed by the rest of the family members. The episode ends with a cliffhanger, leaving us curious about Neeti’s cunning plan.
