Chand Jalne Laga 21st December 2023 Written Update: Malik lashes out at Tara

The latest episode begins with Malik congratulating Tara but then abruptly closing the door on her face. He expresses his gratitude to Natasha for coming to his aid in such a short period of time. She acknowledges his help to her family and assures him that she will definitely return the favor. Malik speculates that Tara might be shocked to see another girl with her husband on their first night and regrets marrying him. Meanwhile, Tara is seen crying in the kitchen. Malik dismisses her tears, claiming that she will have much more to cry about. Tara explains that she was chopping onions for snacks and cooking for his friend. She warmly welcomes Natasha, revealing that they were once best friends. Tara prays for her husband’s change of heart while Shanmukhi keeps a close watch on them.

Malik grows frustrated upon hearing the sound of drums and demands that they stop playing. They inform him that they were paid to do so. Tara reminds him that he had mentioned hearing drums the next day, so she made sure he heard them. She informs him that some people are coming to see him and asks him to get ready. Malik questions who is coming and who gave permission for this. Tara asserts that she doesn’t need anyone’s permission and warns him that he won’t find any rest. Vasant Kakka urges Malik to get ready as transgenders are coming to bless him. He warns Malik that if he refuses to meet them, they will curse him. Malik pays no heed to the warning and calls Vasant Kakka.

Tara notices red dots on Malik’s hand and inquires about the cause of the injury. Malik dismisses it, claiming it is his birthmark. Shanmukhi takes note of this. Malik reveals scars on his back, blaming Tara for them and insisting that he doesn’t need her help. He asks her to leave, causing Tara to cry and leave the room. Malik tears his shirt in anger. Meanwhile, Shanmukhi dances with the guests, accidentally dropping a picture of Deva. Tara finds it and assumes it is a childhood picture of Deva. Shanmukhi quickly hides upon seeing Tara and Farvari takes Tara away. The transgenders bless Tara and ask about Malik, to which she responds that he is getting ready.

Tara asks the transgenders if anyone went upstairs, but they deny it, claiming that only six people were present. They examine the photo and identify Shanmukhi, stating that she is not part of their community. Malik arrives and is praised for his handsomeness. The transgenders compliment him on having a beautiful wife and protect him from the evil eye. Malik pays them two lakh rupees and asks them to curse the couple, ensuring that they won’t be happy in their relationship and will hate each other. He then leaves. However, the transgenders refuse to accept the money, and Tara advises them not to take Malik’s words to heart as he is mocking them. They bless her, and Tara requests their help.
