In this episode, Raghav talks to Pashminna, who is unconscious. He expresses his desire for her to wake up so that he can confess his love. After leaving the room, Pashminna wakes up and wonders if Raghav’s confession was just a dream. Meanwhile, Avinash overhears Raghav and asks him about his feelings for Pashminna.
Pashminna notices that her room has been decorated and thanks Preeti for bringing a homely feel to the hospital. Paras receives a call and Preeti informs Pashminna that he decorated the room without revealing his identity. Avinash confronts Raghav about his engagement with Ayesha and warns him not to hurt her.
Later, Mohana and Ayesha enter Pashminna’s room. Ayesha introduces herself as Raghav’s best friend and feels a connection with Pashminna. Mohana expresses her gratitude towards Pashminna.
Avinash reminds Raghav that he raised him and is like a father to him. Raghav feels guilty and promises not to hurt his loved ones. Ayesha advises Pashminna to rest and wonders where Raghav is.
Raghav confesses to Avinash that Ayesha deserves love in her life and realizes that he is in love with her. Avinash reveals that Raghav is Ayesha’s love. Raghav decides to tell Ayesha the truth and leaves. Avinash is disappointed in Raghav’s decision and vows not to let Pashminna and Preeti succeed.
Preeti tells Pashminna that she knows who she is waiting for. Meanwhile, Raghav wants to talk to Ayesha without deceiving her. Preeti interrupts their conversation, making Raghav believe that Pashminna is in love with him. He notices Paras and gets confused.
Avinash informs Kailash that he cannot intervene in Raghav’s deal. Kailash reminds Avinash of his promise and reveals that he arranged Paras’s marriage with Pashminna for a houseboat. Avinash stands his ground and declares that he is not afraid of Kailash.
The episode ends with a precap where Avinash tries to manipulate Raghav against Pashminna, and Paras proposes to Pashminna.
